MAT PILATES POSTURE X UPPER BODY BLAST PROGRAM

Welcome to Mat Pilates Posture x Upper Body Beginner Program. This quick yet effective program with short snack size classes for your posture and upper body. Watch the intro video before you begin the program and remember to have so much fun.. :) This program will help you understand where your imbalances are by helping you become more in tune with your body, posture, and upper body by helping you see the differences in each muscle of strength, weakness, and overcompensation in your body. That'll help you start to understand your posture and upper body and where your proprioception (where you are in space) is to help your body move and flow better as one. Modifications: You can absolutely do no equipment if it's too much to start building up as by increasing resistance and weights. I would not recommend going over 5lbs in this program to focus on correcting postural imbalances and bad habits that were previously created before you actively start increasing the weight. Bonus: You can complete each video twice or three times if you want an extra spicy challenge and can also increase the weight.
